In-terminal shuttle service

In-terminal shuttle service is available after security for departing, arriving, and connecting passengers requiring assistance to and from their gates.

We offer a free shuttle inside the Terminals after security for passengers who need help getting to or from their gate.

In-terminal shuttles are available after security to support travellers moving between gates—whether arriving, departing, or connecting—including those using mobility devices or travelling with service animals. Passengers can be helped onto and off the shuttle at the pick-up and drop-off locations.

Travellers can find shuttles by looking for the navy "Wait here for mobility assistance" signs just after security (Departures) or after exiting the jet bridge (Arrivals).

If the sign is missed, travellers can flag a shuttle moving along its route or ask to disembark wherever possible.

Shuttle service covers most gates in both terminals except:

  • Terminal 1: Gates F84-F99
  • Terminal 3: Gates A6-A16
  • Infield Concourse
