Taxis and limos
You don't need to pre-book a taxi or limo if you're arriving at Pearson Airport, but it is an option if you like to plan ahead. To pre-arrange a taxi or limo, contact the company of your choice. When you arrive at the airport, go to the designated area and let the dispatcher know you are waiting for your ride.

Charter buses
If you’ve arranged charter bus pick-up service, go to the curb at the Arrivals Level and give the bus company name and charter number to the Groundside Traffic Officer. The officer will dispatch the chartered bus and let you know where to go to be picked up.
Mobility Aids
When pre-arranging a vehicle from Toronto Pearson, please contact the company of your choice directly to inquire if they are capable of carrying a non-foldable or a non-collapsible mobility aid.
