The Pearson Standard is our shared path toward achieving a new standard of responsibility, performance, and quality that benefits us all.

The GTAA has a vision to put the joy back into travel and make Toronto Pearson the chosen place to fly and work. To deliver on this, we must work hold ourselves and our partners accountable to achieve world-class performance, together.

To set operational expectations for the Pearson Standard, we have introduced a new set of Rules & Regulations for airport operators.

The Pearson Standard: Rules & Regulations is a comprehensive, easy-to access resource where obligations for operating at Pearson are clearly described. It reflects today’s operating environment and serves as a map to existing obligations in directives, codes and manuals.

The expectations set out in The Pearson Standard are essential for a world-class international airport.

We are also publishing the GTAA’s Commitment to The Pearson Standard that outlines the standards of operational excellence for areas within our control.
