At Toronto Pearson, we all play an important role in keeping our airport and passengers safe and secure. Whether it’s an emergency, security concern or preventing injuries from happening, by reporting early and providing the right details, we can create a safe environment for everyone.
Here is how you can report safety incidents and more to proactively keep Toronto Pearson safe:
Does it require immediate action? Call Airport Operations. Do not call 911.

- Airside equipment & airside parking concerns
- Facility maintenance issues
- Cleaning or garbage removal
- Property damage

- Damage to an aircraft or equipment
Security concerns: 416-776-7381
- Unattended items
- Unsecured gates/doors
- Piggybacking
- Suspicious activity and suspicious vehicles

Eye on Safety Recognition Program
Do you know someone who’s gone above and beyond to keep our airport and passengers safe? Nominate them for the Eye on Safety Award – a program designed to recognize Toronto Pearson employees for contributing to the health, safety and security of our airport.
Nominations can be submitted at any time. For this week only, when you nominate a fellow employee both you and the nominee will be entered into a draw to win great prizes. Read the full contest rules.
