Airport Development and Technical Services

It takes an enormous amount of infrastructure and equipment to keep Canada’s busiest airport on the move — and Airport Development and Technical Services stays on top of it all. This team ensures our buildings and technology are in great shape today, and it plans development projects to ensure they will meet the needs of tomorrow.

Airport Operations

The Airport Operations team is at the heart of the action every day. From baggage handling to deicing airplanes, customer service, flow facilitation, schedule planning, ground transportation, providing emergency services and ensuring safety, this team is responsible for the vital operations that keep Pearson running 24/7.

Commercial

Finding ways to delight passengers is what makes our Commercial department tick. This team of tastemakers brings the most exciting retail, food and beverage concepts to Pearson. It also takes the lead in forging advertising partnerships and real estate development.

Finance

Our financial experts ensure we’re on a stable footing and support the organization’s growth through strategic planning, risk management and performance tracking with data and integrated analytics.

Governance, Corporate Safety and Security

Our Governance, Corporate Safety and Security team works to protect the health and safety of our passengers and employees. It also provides sound legal counsel that supports us in forming strategic partnerships and making important decisions.

Human Resources and Corporate Services

This team helps us attract and retain top talent by ensuring that the GTAA is a great place to work. It guides recruitment, handles benefits and rewards programs and is a driving force in building our culture of collaboration, talent development and wellbeing.

Information Technology

As we move ahead in building the airport of the future, technology is becoming integrated into everything we do. Our IT department ensures we stay at the cutting edge by driving innovative projects and introducing exciting new tech solutions across the airport.
