Employee Resource Groups

At the GTAA, we are committed to celebrating diversity, in an equitable and inclusive way every day. We aim to improve representation across our organization and to create a culture of belonging for all our GTAA employees.

Employee Resource Groups

The GTAA supports Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) – grassroots, employee-led initiatives that celebrate diversity and foster inclusion. ERGs span diverse ages, identities, positions, abilities, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and allies. By actively participating and getting involved, we can all create a unified GTAA that celebrates our differences and fosters inclusion by finding equitable solutions to support our employees.

Black Professionals Network

The Black Professionals Network is a voluntary, employee-led group, developed through grassroots channels to build a nurturing and empowering community for Black employees at the GTAA through professional development and social networking activities. The Black Professionals Network aims to foster a diverse and inclusive workplace aligned with the values of the GTAA. They hope to promote communication, interaction, and networking, and to maintain an inclusive and supportive environment that addresses the needs of Black employees.

Community Partnerships and Initiatives

We are committed to making a difference and having a positive impact in our communities. Our passion for DEI as an organization has led us to support many organizations including those at the grassroots level as they have a similar focus on uplifting our communities and providing equitable support to equity-deserving communities and causes.

Our Propeller Project is focused on investing in community-building initiatives through our two funding streams: Uplift and Nest, to create strong and happier communities.
