Malaysian chicken curry – Peanuts, ginger, kaffir lime leaves, red chilies, coconut milk, served with fragrant rice. Paired with Hopped and Confused Session Ale.
Dave Isen, Executive Chef, created a menu designed for sharing and many items on the menu have been paired with one of Mill St. Brewery’s beers.
Fish and chips – Atlantic haddock in Original Organic Lager batter with fries and coleslaw. Paired with Original Organic Lager.
Steak cobb salad – Avocado, egg, bacon, Danish blue cheese, spiced bistro filet, with ranch dressing. Paired with Cobblestone Nitro Stout
