Ambassador Porter Services

Our Porters are available at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 to help you with your baggage at the arrival and departure.

Porters ensure you do not have to do any of the heavy lifting and are ready to assist in navigating your journey at Toronto Pearson Airport.

You can pre-arrange Porter Services ahead of your travel date(s). Passengers travelling with more than two live animals are recommended to request for Pre-Arranged Porter Service to ensure a smooth and quick airport transition.

To request for a Pre-Arranged Porter Service, please complete the form 24 hours in advance of your required service date. You will receive an email confirmation containing additional instructions within   12 hrs.

Fees Schedule

  • $25.00 for pre-arranged online booking, including a personalized sign with your name
  • Fixed rate of $20.00 for up to three check-in items
  • Additional bag rate: $3.00 per bag
  • Additional charge of $10.00 per pet cage or for any other equipment
  • Transfer fee of $10.00 to Carpark, Sheraton Gateway, ALT Hotel, or another terminal

Important

Advance payment is required for pre-arranged bookings. Failure to make payment will result to automatic cancellation of your request. In the event of a cancellation after payment, refunds will be processed within 24 business hours.

Please note that requests for service dates less than 24 hours away cannot be pre-booked through the online form. Alternatively, upon your arrival, you may opt to hire a Porter, and assistance will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

For All Departure Flights: Please call one of the terminal telephone numbers 15-20 minutes in advance: provide the airline name, destination and amount of baggage.

For International Arrival Flights: Upon arriving at the baggage hall after clearing passport/immigration control, please locate the Porter either at the entrance to the baggage hall in Terminal 3 or near the escalators in Terminal 1, and request assistance

For Domestic Arrivals Flights: Upon your arrival, please call Porter Service at Terminal 1 or Terminal 3 and provide your flight number along with the number of luggage pieces you have. A porter will then be dispatched to assist you at the baggage area.
