Pearson is welcoming Finnair as its newest airline partner and the only airline offering direct service from Pearson to Helsinki. Launching May 4, the seasonal summer service will operate three times weekly, expanding travel options for passengers and strengthening Pearson’s connectivity to Northern Europe.
The new route offers travellers direct access to Finland’s capital, a city known for its design, culture and proximity to nature. In Helsinki, visitors can unwind in a traditional seaside sauna, explore the vibrant Design District, or take a short ferry ride to the UNESCO-listed Suomenlinna sea fortress. From Helsinki, passengers can also connect onward through Finnair’s network to destinations across the Nordics and Europe, creating more options for leisure and business travel.
Finnair is recognized for its Nordic service experience and longstanding expertise connecting travellers across the region. Its arrival at Pearson marks another milestone in the airport’s growing international network and commitment to offering passengers greater choice.
Flights operate three times weekly during the summer season beginning May 4.
