Bridge Construction Begins at Terminal 3 on January 27

As part of our continuous improvement to make your travels better, construction will begin at Toronto Pearson’s Terminal 3 Arrivals level starting January 27. This project is aimed at maintaining long-term performance of bridges that connect the terminal to its parking garage.

During construction, lane closures will be in effect and passengers may experience some delays. Travellers flying in and out of Terminal 3 are encouraged to plan their routes ahead of time and allow for some extra travel time during this period.

To avoid congestion in the area, consider these options:

  • For quick drop-offs and pick-ups: Use our Viscount Station’s Kiss & Fly lot. Travellers can take the Link Train directly to Terminal 1 and Terminal 3, which runs 24 hours a day. Passengers can travel between stations in two to eight minutes. Please note that this is a waiting area only. Cars left unattended will be towed away or ticketed.
  • For longer parking stays: Choose either Terminal 1 parking lot or the Value Park Garage near Viscount Station - both connect to Terminal 3 on the Terminal Link Train.
  • For waiting areas: Use our Cell Phone Waiting Area until passengers are ready for pickup.

For the duration of construction, traffic officers will be on-site to guide vehicles and assist with parking directions. Watch for detour signs to help navigate any route changes.

A reminder to all travellers that fines are in effect if you park on the roadsides leading into the terminals.
